Important Information about Shipping

  • Your order will usually be prepared between 2 business days after being received.

Domestic

  • We ship by Australia Post; delivery times will vary according to the destination:

    • Regular Post takes between 3 to 7 business days. (*)

    • Express Post takes between 1 to 5 business days. (*)

  • Please select Express Post at checkout (Australia Only) for expedited shipping.

  • Tracking details will be sent to you in the Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.

International

  • Some countries may apply local or import tax on products bought online from Australia. Please check your country's import and tax rules before purchasing a product. Dalcielo is not responsible for local or import taxes that may apply to the country's destination.

  • We ship internationally via Australia Post with Standard International. Free shipping is not applicable on international shipments.

  • International delivery time is typically between 7 to 21 business days. (*)

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Standard Post FREE for orders greater than AUD 150

  • Domestic Standard Post AUD 15 for orders less than AUD150

  • Domestic Express Post AUD 18

  • International Standard Post FREE  for orders greater than AUD 250

  • International Standard Post AUD 25 for orders less than AUD 250
